With centering device of kegs and pneumatically controlled pressure cylinder, including electronic control and manual shifting of kegs between individual heads.
It is supposed washing with caustic.

Description

  • 1 stand with table for barrels
  • 1 washing head for automatic connection of the barrel including air-operated pressure roll
  • 1 filling head for automatic connection of the barrel, including air-operated pressure roll
  • 1 distributor of medium and control unit (combination of valves for inlet of media for washing, combination of outlet valves for washing, combination of inlet and outlet valves for filling)
  • All valves are air-operated through magnetic valves.
  • 1 tank for lye with pump of media and temperature regulation
  • 1 memory programmable control, type HITACHI, including distributor
  • The machine is equipped with control elements (tightness control, report of wet and dry condition through special fork probe, media control through
  • pressure-operated switch, etc.).
  • Rinsing media – cold and hot water – are taken from operation network.

Head 1 - Washing

  • Exchange of barrel
  • The barrel is pushed against the head and the table goes down.
  • Tightness test
  • Connection and proofing of pressure
  • Residues are blown out.
  • Pre-spraying (cold water)
  • Cold water is blown out.
  • Spraying with lye (in pulses)
  • Lye is blown out by sterile air.
  • Spraying with hot water (in pulses)
  • Hot water is blown out by steam
  • Steaming
  • Discharging of condensate
  • Steaming/pressure is increasing.
  • Disconnection, pressure is relieved.
  • The barrel is taken away, table goes up.
  • Exchange of barrel


Head 2 - Filling

  • Exchange of barrel
  • The barrel is pushed against the head and the table goes down.
  • Tightness test
  • Hold of steam pressure
  • Connection and tightness proof
  • Relief of steam
  • Steam is blown out with CO2 /sterile air.
  • Pre-pressure CO2 /sterile air
  • Filling
  • Disconnection and pressure is relieved.
  • Residues of product are blown out by CO2 /sterile air.
  • Washing out by hot water
  • Residues of hot water are blown out by CO2 /sterile air.
  • Barrel is taken away, table goes up.
  • Exchange of barrel
