Description

Bottle washing machine consists of following parts: - Drive and movable parts of the bottle washing machine
- Bottle inlet
- Preheating
- Caustic bath
- Equipment of label removal
- Inner and outer spraying and reverse cooling of bottles
- Bottle outlet
- Control accessories of washing machine

Drive and movable part of the washing machine enable the washing process, on condition the passage through the washing machine is possible. Here belongs the main drive, cover plate chain, carriers of bottle baskets and the proper bottle baskets.
The main drive of washing machine is secured by electric motor, controlled through frequency convertor, directly connected to gear box. The torque is then transmitted with cardan shaft to worm gear boxes, which are connected with sprockets of cover plate chains. The drive of inlet and discharge mechanism of washing machine as well as the rotary spraying are also taken from the main drive. So the synchronisation of main mechanism is guaranteed. The cover plate chain is endless (closed to curve circle) roller chain, driven by means of sprockets. The curve circle of cover plate chain is formed by means of guides and sprockets. The bottle washing machine has two lateral cover plate chains. The carriers of bottle basket form the connection between the cover plate chains, which carry the individual bottle baskets. The bottle baskets form for each bottle individual cell, material execution is plastics.

Bottle inlet serves the purpose of entering of polluted bottles in the washing machine. It must guarantee a smooth feeding of bottles to other machine parts by filling of all carriers. It consists of accumulating table and bottle loader. The accumulating table consists of a row of conveyors and its width is identical with the width of carriers of bottle baskets. Its purpose is the cumulation of bottles coming on the conveyors to the washing machine and transport towards the bottle loader. The bottle loader is a four cardan shaft kinematic mechanism, its purpose is inserting of prepared bottles on the accumulating table into bottle baskets.

Preheating
Double presoaking ensures:
- gradual heating of bottles to main caustic bath temperature
- get rid of the most loose and rough impurities
- lesser pollution of the main caustic bath
- recuperation heat

Caustic vessel is part of washing machine in which the proper washing process, bottle soaking in the washing bath in combination with the spraying take place. A long-lasting touch of bottles with the washing solution in 3 grades above one another at temperature 70-85 °C guarantees thorough removing of impurities.

Equipment of label removal is a part of washing machine, in which the process of detachment and washing away of labels takes place.
It consists of following main parts: Sublevel label removing system, overlevel label removing system, nozzles, label removal, pump, filter, heat exchanger.
Washing away of labels from the bottle surface and from the space of bottle baskets in the washing bath towards the label removal is secured by hydrodynamic effect of washing solution. This effect is caused by special intensive rinsing against bottle necks by means of nozzles with great diameter and this causes washing away of labels. It is a continual belt filter, which is inserted directly to washing flow solution, that wash away the labels. The centrifugal pump ETABLOC ensures intensive circulation and directed flow of washing solution through corresponding nozzles and at the same time the heating of bottle washing machine through exchanger. The heating is ensured by tube exchanger, immersed in the bath, by which the circulation flow of bath content is secured. As the heating medium is used saturated steam with overpressure 0.06-0.08 MPa. This is a non-traditional way, in which through the tubes flows the caustic and from outside works the steam. It is a very intensive way.

Inner and outer spraying and reverse cooling down of bottles. Inner spraying is designed as a combination of rotary and firm sprays. Outer spray is solved as a firm one. Inner and outer nozzles work with the same overpressure, the overpressure of outer nozzles can be respectively lower. The values of overpressure in the nozzles range from 0.05 to 0.09 MPa /low pressure system/. The cascade design of vessels makes it possible to gradual cooling of bottles and further reverse utilization of heat energy. Each vessel is steadily 3x continually filtered.

Bottle outlet from the washing machine ensures the bottle unloader and discharge conveyor.

Checking, measuring and regulation accessories serve the purpose of adjustment and checking of washing process and operation of washing machine. Among the most important belongs the temperature checking of caustic bath, checking of washing machine against a sudden mechanical overloading. The checking of machine bath temperature is a regulation equipment, which task is to maintain the adjusted temperatures of bath and at significant drop of operational temperatures to signal this state optically and acousticly. The proper measurement is performed by means of thermometers, which are connected to appropriate repulation circuits, that control the valves of stream inlet. The checking and regulation of level in the main caustic vessel is carried out through the regulation circuit, which evaluates the level state and in case of need opens the valve of water supply. The checking of washing machine against a sudden mechanical overload of some parts as consequence of bottle jamming or seizing of glass chip is performed by means of sensors. These are placed on safety swinging couplings and in case of need ensures the stopping of whole machine and signal the failure place on the main control desk.
